We charge a flat-rate of $2.50 per pound of freshly clean and folded laundry, with a $25 minimum order.
We service all neighborhoods in the Toledo Area, and free pickup and delivery service is included. For residents outside of Toledo (ex: Sylvania, Maumee, Perrysburg, Holland, and Oregon) a $20 Pickup/Delivery fee applies.
No laundry bags, no worries. You can use trash bags, 30-gallon size is recommended. Bags should be sturdy with no holes or clothing items falling out, and tied or cinched at the top. Limit of 6 laundry bags per customer and/or household.
We wash sheets, blankets, and comforters from Crib-to-Queen size ONLY, and we wash curtains. An additional up-charge may apply to these items. {See our PRICING page for more details}. We DO NOT wash rugs of any kind. We also do not launder pillows or pet beds.
Per our April Fresh Laundry-Terms & Conditions Policy {See our POLICIES page for more details}, and to protect the health and safety of our staff, we do not service laundry items from homes (or businesses) with pest infestations, nor do we service items that could be hazardous to our staff, like items heavily soiled with human or animal waste. If your laundry is deemed unsafe or unsanitary, you will incur a $25 fee, your laundry will be returned to you "as-is", and you will be removed from our client list. Additionally, we will not service you again.
